Here’s a little about me… I am a typical divorcee, enjoying my life with my wonderfully grown children, Enrique II (son) and Crystal (daughter) and our four beautiful grandchildren. My professional life started after I returned to finish college and has consisted of 18 years building an Individual Income Tax Business. Then I started a Real Estate Brokerage, which I let go almost 3 years before the bottom fell out of the housing market. In the fall of 2004, my partner and I became involved with a new home business a way to generate a little extra spending money.
Chasing down uninterested family members and friends, got old very quick and deciding that we had to stop. So we began to research the Internet for better ways to build our business. I discovered what is known as “attraction marketing” about a year ago and thank God I did.
Applying the methods I learned about attraction marketing, I began to see results that amazed me, and also my sponsor! In the time since applying the principles of attraction marketing, I have personally sponsored 110 members more than ever before into my home businesses, all of them without making a single cold call or inviting people to home or hotel meetings… and No – you’re probably thinking, my friends or relatives, No not this time!
Let me make one thing clear here and now, either you are look to start a new business or already have a business online. What you will learn from me will help you attract more pre-sold buying customers to your business regardless of what business that maybe. If it’s online you and your business will benefit greatly.
My success story using attraction marketing may sound appealing but, the most important thing for you to know is that I can teach you everything I have learned about earning an income with your business on the internet, as long as you are willing to put forth a serious effort and take the necessary actions.
You will see that this online business is really a lot of fun as soon as you learn and apply the attraction marketing concepts that I will teach you. It’s important to me that you understand upfront that there is no “magic bullet” or “guarantee of success” when it comes to online business and making money online. There is no GET RICH QUICK in this Internet Marketing Business!
You may already be aware of this fact if you any experience in home business or done extensive research online. My belief about success online or off is that the more real value and help that you can provide to people in the marketplace, the more money you will have flowing back to you. This strong belief is why I have spent a lot of time writing free training articles and producing free attraction marketing training videos that will help you grow your business.
In becoming a student of personal development in with my readings and studies of highly successful people comes a common theme…when you do what you love to do, work doesn’t seem like work and earning money seems to flow a little easier. To live a life of profit and purpose, do what you love to do. Helping other people succeed and achieve great results in their life is one of many things I truly love to do.

Some of the greatest feelings to experience come from knowing that someone has learned and applied something I’ve taught them. The one problem successful people see with a lot of online business websites is not doing enough to build rapport or a relationship with the people who are thinking about joining them.
Would you agree that people are much more likely to do business with whom they know, like, and trust. My website provides you with all of my contact data because if you ever need to reach me you know how or where I am. I can’t build a trusting relationship by hiding behind a website.
What I’d like to do is talk with you…maybe we are the right fit for a business relationship, not being sure yet… I would bet that if you are still following me that you probably are an experienced “home business expert”…with the scars to prove it…or want to become one (without the scars of course)…am I right? As for myself I’ve spent countless hours looking at different methods to make my home business a success. Some of what I have tried seems right-down ridiculous now that I know better…

What I do is pick and choose people who contact me ready to change their lifestyle…and I’m willing to share with you the resources for you to learn the formula you’ll need to allow you to do the same.
My site isn’t an affiliate branded or company site with exactly the same content as everyone out there. It’s about me, that’s what makes my site different because it is not some boring corporate online space with no personality, it’s about me!

On a lighter side…There’s more than corn in Indiana… Really
I was born in Mexico, but my family moved to Las Cruses, New Mexico, before my second birthday. Where I lived for about 12 years then moved to Chicago, Illinois where I grew up and when to school, then dropped out of the 10th grade. (more about this in a little bit) I finally moved to Warsaw, Indiana where I meet my wife and the rest as they say is history. That’s right I fell in love, courted her for about a year, then I proposed, then came the hard part. I had to ask her father for her hand in marriage! Boy was I nervous, no I was scared to death, but I did it and lived.
Living in rural Indiana is great you have small town, country life style while with in driving distance from the big cities like Indianapolis, Chicago, Detroit and other smaller cities also. My children and grandchildren where born and raised here, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
After getting married, I started working in a foundry and soon found out this job was not for me. I had to go back to school, with a wife, one small toddler and one more on the way. I had to do better. So I studied Income Tax and began offering Tax Preparation Services from home. It quickly turned full-time, so I quit my job and started Las Americas Financial Services. After building it to 3 offices in 3 different towns I sold the business, building and all. And started a Real Estate Brokerage with 2 offices and was a very fulfilling career choice until I started to see the storm coming. About 3 years before the real estate bust I got out of that business, just in time.

The best ways to get to know someone is to see them doing the things they love with their family members and friends. Letting someone get to know what’s important to you, what you do, and where you live goes a long way in building a comfort level in a new business relationship. Realizing how precious time is, creating more quality time with my family and close friends is a huge driving focus in my business.
My Hobbies My Interests
My family is from Mexico and New Mexico, which is very similar but in English. 
I had the great fortune of spending all of my childhood summers in a small family community and country setting. It was there that I discovered my love for the outdoors. I love swimming, bike riding (though I have not done either for some time) and trail biking/hiking are some of my favorite ways to spend time. Other things I love are weekend getaways and fun vacations. Some of my favorite trips include going snorkeling in the Bahamas, hiking through caves in Pennsylvania and memories with my family at the big amusement parks from Gurnee, IL to Sandusky, OH and all the way south to the biggies “Disney World” in Orlando, FL.
How I Got Started…
When I was getting consumed in my real estate business, I knew that I did not want to spend my life working a job, in my own business I had created a J.O.B. for myself. I just had to start another business one that would give me more free time for my family and me. I have always had a huge desire to succeed and dedicated myself to studying personal development. One of the many things I learned was that you could achieve great results by following someone who is getting the success you desired then copy their actions. After reading about a 27-year old millionaire who had recently made his money in a network marketing business, I was determined to do the same. If he can do it so can I!…so I Thought.
You may have heard this before and it happens more often than you think, my home business plans to build my fortune through my new business came crashing down when the company I joined went out of business shortly after I joined. Left me hold about $1200 worth of useless alarms. Next several years, I pursued my career with the mindset that succeeding in my own network marketing business was possible, if only I could learn how.
Over the next few years I was presented with another opportunity and another opportunity and another, another…sound familiar. Finally I decided to make another attempt at building a home business. I had a little bit of success at first but eventually became frustrated with my results so decided to focus my attention on my office instead.
Two or three years passed, and I had lost touch with my friend who had introduced me to the previous business. Then one day a mutual friend of ours told me he was surprised to find out that he was one of the top earners in his new home business. My friend was earning more than $60,000 per month at the time. And asked how I was doing with it…Ouch! I was still working at the same stale business making a little more than that – A YEAR! I have to tell you, that hurt.
My mistake was I had temporarily given up on my dream he had not. I vowed I would not give up on it again. Even with new frustrations, I have gone from chasing unhappy family and friends to attracting like-minded people who contact me because they want to join my business. I stopped trying to convince, pressure or lug people to join my businesses. I learned it’s best to work as consultants with people who WANT to work with you.
Is A Mentor Important? You Bet…
No one lives long enough to learn everything they need to learn starting from scratch. To be successful, we absolutely, positively have to find people who have already paid the price to learn the things that we need to learn to achieve our goals. Brian Tracy
If you have been in any type of business you have most likely heard it before, when you are around successful people, you are more likely to be successful yourself. When you try to figure it out all by yourself, you may be more likely to get frustrated and quit even before you reach the success you’re looking for. Having learned an incredible amount from my mentors, allows me to pass on that knowledge to the people on my team. Simply getting help from a mentor doesn’t guarantee your success…that’ll be up to you, if you truly desire to attract success, this information will help point you in the right direction.
I have experienced it myself success is something that you attract to you based on the kind of person you become. Success is not to be chased…it is something you attract into your life. When trying to attract it, you need to work on yourself, because outside forces cannot change your situation. Once the decision is made that you have to succeed and looking for a mentor who can help point you in the right direction, will get you started in the right path. By helping yourself, and a dedication to help other people get what they desire, the time will come when you will achieve the results you desire.
Automation In My Business
My business is not completely 100% automated. Most people think that they can just set up a website and forget about it.
There is one problem with that thought, in this industry to achieve that long-term success it is still based on relationship building.
A business relationship can in the beginning be built to some extent through websites and e-mail, while at some point you will need to actually connect with people to form a solid relationship. That said, my business is set up to do most of the “heavy work” involved with sifting and sorting through prospects also in presenting the details of my business.
There is a little known fact understood by many of the so-called “gurus”, and that is people are much more concerned with buying into YOU, than they are about buying from you.
Listed below are some automated tools used in my business. You’ll learn how you can set up any of your current businesses and as you join with me so you can have an automated system too!
Setting up a website or blog that tells “Your Story”. One that includes your personal story, pictures, hobbies and interests, and works to sell “You, Inc.”.
Pay-per-click advertising with search engines.
Set up an automated e-mail relationship building campaign using an auto-responder.
Content rich value-filled articles and submit them to article directories linked to your site.
Youtube traffic generating videos with valuable content.
Rocket-fuel boosting use of social media sites to improve search engine rankings.
While not 100% automated these basic things help to attract people to me, and they work to the point that prospects call me and see if we have a “fit” to work together.
How Are You Using Leverage?
The difference between working hard on your business to make a living and living a life of your dreams is simply not understanding the concept of utilizing leverage to free up your time. What distinguishes the wealthy from the poor and middle class is the understanding of this concept. Think about it…trading Time for Dollars is a mindset of the poor and middle class, while the wealthy way of thinking set up companies and systems to allow them to leverage other people’s time, money or efforts (work) to help them create wealth.
America’s first billionaire, J. Paul Getty said “I would rather earn 1% off a 100 people’s efforts than 100% of my own efforts”. Wealthy people know this and always take full advantage of it. By trading dollars for hours, your earnings are limited to the amount of hours in a day. If you utilize leverage there’s almost no limit to what you can accomplish with simple to set up powerful systems and teams.
With the right system in place, you can leverage your time and efforts.
