For better and more oprtions you will want to use wordpress.org which will be hosted on your own server.

The server you choose is up to you, just make just it comes with and updated cpanel with fantastico delux. This is the program used to install your blog in WordPress.
WordPress is free and is easy to setup and use, although you may want to look at some paid services. But we will talk about that latter.
